Amidst the continuous economic expansion and dynamic business landscape in the MENA region, policymakers and various stakeholders have recognised the benefits of mediation. There is an emerging pattern of legislative activity in support of mediation in the regions, accompanied by a growth in the mediation services offered by Courts and the establishment and development of mediation centres.
In this guide, we aim to provide a comprehensive overview of the mediation infrastructure across the MENA region, and the legal and practical approaches to key questions in the various jurisdictions. The guide has been compiled by expert lawyers from our firm in the various jurisdictions in which we operate.
